Raw vs cooked weight chicken breast
Guys, im very confuse about this, i think im eating too much due to miscountculation. I weight my boiled chicken breast at 100g for 20ish protein, but raw it is 200g ++. How do i measure it guys?! Im afraid i have screwed up my diet. Shit. Do i weight it raw? Or cooked?

RAW. Everything should be measured raw/uncooked.

Measure the amount you want raw and then cook it up. If you want to boil up a big batch though just cook it all up then weigh it out when you want to eat it.

Guys, sorry to say this but 100g uncooked chicken breast looks very very little. Does it really contain 20+ gram of protein? Sorry for asking this kind of a question, i just wanna be strict on my diet and dont wish to make silly mistakes.

Yes sir 100g = 3.5oz, try using livestrong.com or fitday.com and they will give you macros for food, also there is a sticky here with several foods and their macros!!

Yeah I had this same question when I first started weighing food/counting cals. If your cooking in bulk and then weighing up for servings you need to know the conversion from uncooked to cooked. I cooked 4oz of chicken and then weighed it again and it was about 3.6 oz. So when Im cutting I measure 3.6 of cooked checken per meal and apply macros for 4oz uncooked. Works for me.

I used to weight by cooked meals, not anymore!! Weight food like chicken raw, whatever amount you need, cook and weight again and devide by equal portions.
