I was wondering that since their is simple and complex carbs how much of each type should my diet be of; based on the fact that my goal is to gain weight and I'm a hard gainer? should all the carbs be complex? from calculation i have done my carb requirement is around 500-700g and I really hope it does not have to be 99% complex because complex carb digest too slow and gets u filled up quick which makes you lose hunger for a while and i alrdy eat 3 cups oats, 8 scoop gainer shake (metr-x size up and is taken in splited scoops around the day),2-3cups rice, sandwitch andbarely reach 500g with that so losing hunger is something not good for me.
so to recap my question. how much of each type of carb i rquire in my diet or should it all be complex carb?
