Hi guys. Fairly new to this site been training for bout 5 years I'm 30 6 ft 190 pounds. On my second cycle consisting of 1000mg test e p/w and 200 mg deca p/w into week 9 of this cycle. Start weight was 170 last 3 weeks haven't gained a single bit and think my diet is letting me down. Would love somebody to help me with this but in saying this I also would like something real simple as I run my own business and eat as I'm on the run and do a few hrs too. Training consists of 3 days on 1 off. Help would be appreciated thanks guys
