    Please critique!

    Hey,

So here is my diet, my only issues is when i get home at night anywhere from 10pm-1am (depends on work schedules of myself and my gf, only one car) I get extremely hungry and almost crave carbs, i fight myself to avoid them like last night had a steak salad with light dressing.

    diet is as follows:

2 slices of p28 protein bread for breakfast. 14gr of protein per slice

    Protein shake

Whole weat wrap with steak or chicken with some light spicy Mayo I make

    Protein Shake

    Greek yogurt

Pre workout I take musclepharm assault

Post workout shake 1/4 cup maltodextrin scoop of protein, 10gr glutamine and 5g creatine monohydrate

Shake before bed (casein or a blended protein that has casein)

as you can see last night i had some real food instead of the shake as I was craving real food, but this is what i'm following 98% of the time.

as for supplements this is what im taking:

multivitamin (orange Triad), pharma greens, cla, omega 3, uni-liver, tribulus,L-Arginine, green tea extract and the occasional digestive enzymes

Dude........all you are eating is 2 slices of bread, a wrap and some yogurt.

You will die if you eat like that for the rest of your life.

You haven't said if you are trying to lose weight, but i assume you are. Still need 6 meals a day. Ditch the protein shakes for whole food protein food.
If you are ditching carbs completely, maybe the Keto diet is for you. Google the Ketogenic diet and do some more research.

Gatts u need to post ur stats:age weight bf% , also ur goals such as lose fat or whTever ur trying to do.. After that u need to post the diet ur eating with complete macronutrient breakdown for each meal as well as total macros for the entire day and the times u eat those meals...

Mr small is rite.. Cut out most of those shakes and replace with things like chicken breast, lean ground beef, fish, egg whites, oatmeal, yams, green veggies(spinach, broccoli,asparagus).. U may wanna reconsider the mayo for the time being depending on wat ur trying to do.. I only have one shake each day post workout and everything else is real food.. U also need to list ur workout schedule with times u workout...

Can't tell for sure without cals and macros but it appears the reason you're craving carbs is because you're starving yourself, and probably burning LBM as a result.

Post up the macros and total cals of what you're eating and we'll try to get it sorted.

Thanks for seeking advice. My suggestions would be to eats eggs and egg whites with oats/oatmeal for breakfast. Next I would replace that protein shake with a meat source of protein with a baked potatoe or rice. Next, the wrap is fine but I would again add some complex carbs potatoe or rice and veggies. Pre workout is ok. Post workout shake should be protein whet 40-50g and carbs 50-100g. An hour to a hour and a half later I would do a chicken breast or steak with a complex carb source and veggies such as (greens). I would eat before bed but if a shake is all you can take then so be it.
For supps I would incorporate Fish oil, a seperate calium pill, possibly a vitamin E pill. I'm a fan of opti-men multi three times a days. Also if you can afford it, ZMA and melatonin at night before bed is a great supplement that is overlooked. Good luck and stay motivated.

Following this diet would not cause you to gain fat but with proper excercise and cardio you will shed fat and add and retain muscle.
