    raw oats

I have been blending raw oats into my am and pwo shakes to make them more of a "real food" meal. Just occurred to me that the fact that they are uncooked may make them less digestable and therefore of no nutritional value. Any thoughts on this?

Yup. Shake is pasteurized egg whites, chocolate flavored whey, ground raw oats, natty pb, and a banana. Tastes great and pretty good nutrition.
