I'm assuming you don't really weigh ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY kg?

    Real weight? Bodyfat?

Can you list macro's for each meal and advise how long you have been eating like this and with what results?

Gotta say, at a quick view, you don't eat enough carbs.

Not a horrible diet, however if you want to add quality weight, I'd lower the fat slightly and up the carbs considerably.

At the end of the day, if you're not gaining then you're not getting sufficient calories for growth, and/or you are not giving your body a reason to grow - i.e. workouts that creates an anabolic environment.

Update with macros as suggested and we can take it further from there. I get the feeling you don't have a good grasp on how much/little you're actually eating. We'll get you sorted out!!

from what others have said and what you've posted, they're right.
    need more carbs.
you'll plateau without some good carb energy. your workouts will get hard.
they'll get tiresome. gains will slow.
