Just wondering if you guy's think putting on 7Ib in roughly 6 months naturally for a 17 yr old is standard or should i be putting on alot more when i'm trying to bulk up ?
I don't follow an unbelieavably strict diet, like writing it all down or anything but i don't eat that much s**t either. Find it hard to be eating what i need to be all the time especially when i've got college throughout the day.
Anything you guy's recommend i take while at college, protein bars maybe ?
