hey guys, gotta question on diet. current stats 235 lbs, 24.1% bf, 70in, 25 y/o. diet is very very clean.

was 100% whey 2scoops
the question i have is in regards to snack/junk food. as i used to be way fatter and more unhealthy, i find times where i wat sum candy/chips/donuts/cookies etc. just something sweet n not part of my diet. i am so skeptical that i hate to even chew gum or mentor as i am scared this will fun up my diet. any suggestions on how i mite be able to cycle in a snack/junk item with out feeling too guilty?
