Hey this is pretty much the diet u have been following but here wanting to try a few things different.. I know it's going to get raped but thats good I want the criticism!
Background: 23 years old, 173cms tall, 83kgs, unsure of bf % but I'm average, maybe slightly leaner...
Meal 1: shake containing 100g finely grit oats, 6 egg whites, 2 egg yolks, 1.5 scoops low carb protein powder and 250ml skim milk. Also have a multivitamin and 4 1000mg fish oil caps
Meal 2: 250g lean beef mince
4 slices low fat cheese
4 slices of wholemeal bread
Healthy butter 1 tablespoon
Meal 3: brown rice (60g worth of carbs)
250g chicken breast
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Meal 4: 185g tuna in olive oil
2 slices wholemeal bread
50g almonds
Some form of pre workout shake with bcaa's
Multivitamin
Post workout: 30 g maltodextrin
30g dextrose
2 scoops low carb protein
250ml skim milk
10 g bcaa's
2 g glutamine
Meal 5: 250 lean beef
100g stir fry veggies
Brown rice (60g carbs worth)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Meal 6:
2 scoops of casein protein
4 fish oil 1000mgs caps
Supplements if not on cycle: maxs cre8 carnage creatine
