Please help... Trying to shed last 5 kilos
Hey everyone. I was fat as a kid weighing in at 103 kilos at 15. I am now 23 and I weigh 88 kilos. The problem is I am left over with a gut and love handles that I can't get rid of!
Diet is as follows:
Morning- eggwhites scrambled and 1/2 cup of oats
Mid morning- protein shake/100g of tuna in a wholemeal wrap
Lunch- 200g of tuna in a wholemeal wrap
Mid arvo- 100g of tuna in wholemeal wrap
Arvo after gym- protein shake(0 carbs)
Dinner- 300 grams lean meat with heaps of green veggies
Sometimes before bed- protein shake
Workout schedule:
Cardio 4times a week

lol, heaps of green veggies.
y so much tuna? mayb put sum chicken in there. wat i wod do to titen that area up is alot of ab work, yoga stretching.

And so many wraps? too many....3 in one day are just too many to help shed BF
And your cardio? any of it fasted?

Best thing I ever found for love handle loss was the bodyopus, sucks fat off where nothing else will! If you post your cardio workouts and your weight workouts with exact and specific exercises including sets/reps/poundages along with your diet including times and macros we can help you even better.
