Hey everyone. I was fat as a kid weighing in at 103 kilos at 15. I am now 23 and I weigh 88 kilos. The problem is I am left over with a gut and love handles that I can't get rid of!
Diet is as follows:
Morning- eggwhites scrambled and 1/2 cup of oats
Mid morning- protein shake/100g of tuna in a wholemeal wrap
Lunch- 200g of tuna in a wholemeal wrap
Mid arvo- 100g of tuna in wholemeal wrap
Arvo after gym- protein shake(0 carbs)
Dinner- 300 grams lean meat with heaps of green veggies
Sometimes before bed- protein shake
Workout schedule:
Cardio 4times a week
Weights 4 times a weeks
