    Removing Metal ? ? ?

Anyone concerned about the amount of Metals in their bodies ?

There's plenty of data that suggest that Metals contribute to numerous diseases and premature aging.

Plus it is estimated that over ninety percent of cancer is caused by toxic chemicals and a Big contributor to Alzheimer's disease.

Everyone knows not to cook their foods in Non-stick Metal Pots/Pans that leave residues in their food (gee i hope everyone know this).

Metal poisoning comes from pollution, cooking utensils, deodorants, pesticides, etc., all have a devastating effect on the human body.

At one time, eating Clay was thought to be a solution to eliminating Excess metals in your system.

    and here...

    ...plus here...

HOWEVER, it was later discussed that, while the concept of eating dirt has been practiced successfully by numerous cultures, some found the actual source of the clay to be toxic and poisoness (sigh).

Which leads me back to my question

What are you doing to eliminate Metals from your body?

Hell, I always used non-stick pans to cook in. Never heard about this! So what IS recommended? Cast Iron?

    Try this...

Take a clean pan...then take a white paper towel...and wipe the pans. Now look at the residue left on the paper towel. That's what's getting into your food.

Non-stick pans work great...and they are cheap. But the ingredients used to make non-stick pans have been linked to Alzheimer's and metal poisoning.

    But that's just one source.

I threw out all my non-stick pans years ago....and purchased a high quality set of stainless steel pans. Even then, there is metal residue...but not as much as Teflon.

Do some research....you'll be dumping those pans faster than a Bad Habit.

    thanks Sexy,

Always open to learning...and i especially don't like being duped.

However, i see your video has more to do with "breathing in gases" created when using non-stick pans (not metal and poisonous chemical residue that leaves the surface of pans and attaches to your food, which makes its way into your bloodstream).

But in fact your video did point out another LIABILITY in using non stick pans..."breathing in fumes from non-stick pans."

Apparently there is another reason not to cook with non-stick pans and that is the breakdown of the non-stick surface during EXTREME HEAT into a poisonous gas !

Dayum ! *why does the government allow this product to be used by consumers?

thanks for pointing out "another danger" in using non-stick pans!

there are heavy metal chelators available to the public that will remove mercury, lead and other heavy metals from the body. the ONLY way to do this orally is with a six month program. typically, every two years, i will go six months on, 18 months off.

"NAC is a chelator of heavy metals. In other words, NAC binds to toxic heavy metals such as mercury and lead, and removes them from the body. This can be a slow process, but most chelating agents, such as EDTA, must be given intravenously. NAC is one of the most effective oral chelating agents. (Alpha-Lipoic Acid is another effective agent.) Taken regularly over a period of time, NAC will remove many toxic heavy metals from the body. Toxic metals can accumulate in the body over time from many sources such as drinking water and possibly even from tooth fillings made of silver-mercury amalgam. "

    Hey Thanks Times.

There was once a technique used by clinics called "blood chelation therapy" where a physician would hook you up to a machine and actually have your blood pass through the machine, with the intention of removing any and all toxic metals from your body. Very expensive process though...and i'm not sure of the efficacy of the system.

...thanks for the info. I will check into it.
