healthy fats come to mind.
Flaxseed oil, olive oil, avacado, nuts, natural peanut butter.

Yup, if you are bulking up oatmeal is one of my favorites for carbs. Also Lean STEAK and a nice fatty peice of salmon steak. YUMMY.Quote:
