Hi.
I'm 21 years old (22 soon) and i'm currently on 100mg e2d 1-8 propionate. I'm endo/mezo with 200 lb weight. I was building mass while i wasn't on propionate with less than 0,5g /lb of fats and 2,5g /lb of carbs. I started getting fat and modified my diet to 1,6g/lb proteins, 0,8g/lb fats and 1,5 carbs.
My question is, is it good idea to build mass with high intake of fats (160g) ? and 3700 kcal is enough for 90kg (200 lbs)?
