cut after cycle questions and diet review

hey all it has been a while since i have cut and I kinda forgot a few things. I did a 12 week test e cycle and went from 185-205lbs, made great strength and size gains and have kept a fair amount of both. I also didnt add that much fat. I dropped back down to just around 200lbs and want to start cutting now, which is 4 weeks after I finished pct. Should i expect a lot of muscle loss? As far as diet on cycle i was eating 3500 cal a day to gain weight so im dropping to 2800cal a day to start, think that is too high or a good start point? As far as workouts, should i alter them at all or lift as hard as I was on cycle? I was also going to add cardio 3 or 4 times a week for 30 min. Any input would be great thanks.

Drop your daily cals a least 500 below your BMR when cutting. You could start at 2800 and adjust it accordingly depending on how your feel your cut is going. When cutting, I personally, do cardio for 45 minutes - 1 hour 15 minutes per session at 65% mhr, this is where the body burns fat most effectively

With correct diet and supplementation you shouldn't lose much mass, cardio certainly helps and I'd recommend it even just for overall health - 20min of HIIT a few times a week or ~45min of low intensity cardio is what I'd recommend.

Have you had blood work done? I wouldn't attempt a cut with low testosterone. Cutting should always be done pre cycle imo.
