    Need help with diet Newbie status

    Need help filling in the foods to match the weight of each meal for macros, any help is great



    6:45 am wake up

    7am: meal 1 40 g protein, 50 g carbs, 7.5 g fat

    10 am: meal 2 40 g protein, 7.5 g fat

    1 pm: meal 3 Preworkout nutrition 40 g protein, 50 g carbs, 7.5 g fat

    2pm: WORKOUT

    3 pm: PWO cardio

    4pm: meal 4 post workout nutrition 40g protein, 50 g carbs, 7.5 g fat

    7pm: meal 5 40 g protein, 7.5 g fat

    10pm: meal 6 BEDTIME meal 40 g protein, 7.5 g fat

    TDEE: 3500 calories at 6ft 200lbs

    Weight loss: 2000 calories

    250 g protein, 150 g carbs, 45 g fat

    40/40/20

    What are your stats and goals? As for food choices, please look to the sticky's; one of them is a food list which also contains macro info, you should find it helpful.
