Personally I wouldn't, most of those drinks are full of preservatives

Depends on how 'clean' you want to eat. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it so long as you're counting the macros/calories towards your total. That said, I'd limit it to 1 or at most 2 per day; water will still always be your best option.

The Goal is to get around 10% BF in 90 days. Right now I am at 14.5% BF.
My diet used to be pretty good but it got away from me. I still train pretty hard it's just I need to improve on the diet (and cardio =/)

I wen't from eating what I knew was good and healthy. To eating anything I didn't care what it was to now I macro out 6 meals a day 40/40/20

IMO, If you're trying to lose 4.5% BF in 90 days you should get rid of all sugar/simple carbs, and drink as much water as possible. Better yet, post your entire diet up in the nutrition section and let gbrice and some of the other vets critique it!
