    Help with diet please

    Hello I have been eating a lot with my girlfriend which has caught up with me now and I feel so down, all the time I'm depressed about my weight I weigh about 13 stone and I have recently got stretch marks on biceps and belly , it's not very nice . What is the best diet I could go on the shreds or even just looses weight so I can actually look at myself and smile many thanks and happy new year

    Welcome to the forum boss...

    U need to post all ur stats(weight height age bodyfat%) as well as read the stickies at the top of the main pAge... I did see where u put how many stone u were.. Which i think is really cool how yall do weight like that but i have no idea what that means.. Ill look it up.. U get the rest of the info and READ THE STICKIES ESPECIALLY CUTTING STICKY AND TDEE STICKY... also be thinking about if ur gonna lift weights and how much cardio ur willing to do.. If u stay dedicated and committed well def be able to put a smile on ur face!

    Also once u do all that post what u consider to be a good diet and maybe we can work off it...

    Ok 13stone = 182lb

    Therefore 1stone = 14lbs

    As 405 mentioned, please post up complete stats - age, height, etc. If you have any pics to post up, that would be very helpful for us in determining where you're current level of fitness and body fat sits.

    post some pics and we can see about where u are.. better would be to find where u can get it tested.. it really is a must.... ur entire diet hinges on ur LBM

    I am going to my local gym where they have a macheine , so I'll post bf tomorrow.

    I used to lift daily and do cardio for around 2 hours a week? But... My friend who is bodybuilding said to get up at 5am eat oats, bananas, and brown rice before I go the gym. I am looking for a diet to fit me but first il get my bf done so you guys can assess better

    sounds good man.. hopefully the machine ur using for bf is somewhat accurate..
