    TDEE Question

If I am weight lifting for 2 hours a day with cardio 10 - 20 minutes a day, for 3 - 5 days per week. Would I calculate my BMR x 1.55 for moderate?

What do you do throughout the day? There's really no reason to be lifting weights 2 hours/day.

Hey, corps, sorry I left you hanging when I disappeared. Let's start with basics, how about your stats and goals, that will help us. Also what do you do for a living? If I was going to answer off the cuff I'd say no, go with the 1.37 multiplier, but if you are a construction worker and are bulking maybe not. Of course the 2 hrs in the gym would indicate alot of talking or over-training, unless you are on a heavy lifting program(like power-lifting) and are resting 5 mins between sets.
