    Quick Survey Questions

Just curious how people would rate the following food choices on a scale of 1-10 in terms of bodybuilding/satiation/health/etc (Let's assume 1 is plain sugar, butter, chocolate bars, etc - the worst of the worst, where as 10 is your oats, quinoa, eggs, chicken breast, etc)

    Foods:

    A - Whole Wheat Bread
    B - Whole Wheat Pasta
    C - Pear
    D - Apple
    E - Blueberries/Blackberries/Raspberries
    F - Skim Milk
    G - Deli Meats

Furthermore, let's assume you had to incorporate one of these food choices into your daily diet, which would be most likely your choice? Second most likely ? Least likely ?

As for my choices in order, that would all depend on my current goal. Deli meats would be my last choice and not a part of my diet regardless however.

I cant answer this question with marks. It all depends. The question is too broad

Pasta, bread, milk and deli meats are going to be better for a BB'd who is trying to gain weight than Pears, apples or Berries...

But Pears, apples and berries are going to give you more nutrients....

A better format would be to break down into 5 category's...

    'Health Foods'
    'Carbs'
    'Proteins'
    'Fats'
    'Junk Food'

It was more of a theoretical / just for fun question and not necessarily in relation to each other.

For micro-nutrients in a smoothie I'd use any of the fruits, in proper proportion to the raw veggies to offset the bitter taste.
    On a bulk I'd use A, B and F.
Overall I am a fan of Skim Milk and absolutely have no problem with anyone incorporting it into their regular diet as long as the cals and macros are on point for their desired goal. This would be the absolute winner for me to incorporate into my diet.

Cute and fun question, forgive base for not having a "play along" mentality, every since the physique transformation contest he's been totally Anal!

I need some clarification. When you're talking about "Deli" meat...are we talking about the pre-packaged shit, or the stuff that's actually cut in the deli? Let's say I go to the Deli Section of walmart and ask for 2lbs of cracked pepper turkey breast....is that deli the deli you're talking about? I know the pre-packaged stuff is bad, but I always thought what was coming out of the deli was fine. It's not in my current diet, but the clarification would be nice for future reference. - Thanks

Most of the deli stuff is all processed. Basically they would take all the extra turkey meat off the bones, grind it up with fillers and mix it with broth for flavor and salt then reconstitute it into a mold that shapes it. Stay away from the deli
