Hey guys im just trying to get some input on my diet. Trying to cut up a bit.
24y/o, 230lbs, 5'11, bf not sure maybe 16%.
Here is my current diet, not to in depth with numbers/cals but if anyone can give some help that would be great!
Meal 1: 30g protein shake before cooking breakfast... 2whole eggs 3whites, 1 cup of oats
Meal 2: 6ounces of chicken with a medium sized salad and oil/vinegar
Meal 3: 6ounces of chicken and a sweet potato
Workout.
Protein Shake.
Meal 4: 6ounces Lean ground beef with 1 cup brown rice
Meal 5:1can Tuna fish(25g protein) with asparagus
Meal 6: Same as #2
Before bed: Cottage Cheese
Also usually have another shake before my workout after Meal 3.
