    need help with a diet

    hi all

    im desprate for help with-in this section

    basically im a male thats 6 feet tall. weight 15st

    i want to lose a good 3-4 stone asap.

    im not affraid of exercise i really enjoy long jogs (8 mile)

    problem - i work messed up hours, im a security guard, work mainly nights for 15 hours each shift, usualy 4pm - 7 am, in this time i tend to eat rubbish as unsure what to eat in work, need simple food to be honest as never got time to cook before i leave the house,

    like today for instance in 24 hours i have had a chicken rustler burger (pre cooked burger just microwave it) with mayo, and 2 sachets of veg soup with a pepsi max drink,,,
    its still not a really high intake as soups is 74 kcals a sachet, unsure on purger an pepsi max got 3 kcals in a whole 2l, oo an a cup of tea

    i would love is some 1 could help me im desprate to loose this weight

    previously i had suscess on t5 slimmin pills but again i was in a diffrent jpob that required joggin a min of 8 miles a day
