    cutting diet

    So i have an excellent diet written for me but do any you of deviate from the diet on days you don't train? I am confused if you are supposed to stick to the same meals 7 days a week or not, but here are my stats and macros.

    6'2" 270
    17 percent bf

    (2,580 Calories/327 grams Protein/158 grams Carbs/72 grams Fat)

    I STICK TO MY DIET 7days/week except for an occasional cheat meal no more than once per week but more like once every 2 or 3 weeks til i get to desired bf

    I think there's a split on here of folk that reduce cals (carbs) on training days and those that don't. Personally, if I'm cutting, I have the same cals/macro's every day. I like to think that helps with the repair especially on a reduced calorie diet.

    If I was bulking I may miss a meal.

    Was that even your qestion? You cutting? Fats may seem a little high.
