    Turkey and Pork

    I've been cooking a joint of turkey breast and pork to last me 3 days but really struggling to keep it moist to put in wraps for bate. Have you guys got any tips in cooking them and storing? I need to eat them as Im not having enough protein. The cold meats just putting me off its too dry, I've tried adding sauces.

    no problem. store in a zip lock bag to prevent drying out. when reheating, put in a tuppaware bowl, and a table spoon of water, then reheat in the micro. comes out very moist

    cheers but when at work I dont have use of a microwave but will defo try that at home, any suggestions for eating cold?

    That's a hard one. A lot of the time I don't have access to a microwave at work either. If I know I'm not going to have the chance to heat it up il just leave it out to defrost for longer and just suck it up and eat I cold. Not ideal but better than nothing... I know it sucks but it must be done! Good luck
