    Need advice on my diet

    Good day guys! I've read the sticky thread of dieting 101 and computing your TDEE which help me understand further more regarding calorie deficiency . While mine is about 3000 I would be glad if you could correct me on my macros and I want to lose fat and have a lean tissues.

    breakfast option 1

    1 can century tuna
    1 banana
    250 ml orange juice
    4 slices of wheat bread

    breakfast option 2

    2 cucumber
    3 whole eggs
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 glass icetea


    lunch option 1

    1 cup white medium grain rice
    1 slice fried fish
    green leafy vegetables
    green tea and water

    lunch option 2

    1 cup white medium grain rice
    a few slice of beef meat
    fish
    green tea and water


    pre work-out meal (30 mins before)
    1 medium shawarma (during wieght training)
    1 cup plain yogurt (during cardio only training)

    post work out meal
    1 banana
    1 yougurt
    250 ml low fat milk



    I know this is messed up but I want to have a strict diet so any suggestion would be appropriate. Thanks again guys

    ur diet needs alot of work but before that we need ur stats... age,weight,height,bf%, tdee, bmr, workout schedule, plan on cardio..

    u also need to include macros for the day and total calories...

    figure it all up and repost..

    4 slices of wheat bread try Ezekeil and less of it

    breakfast option 2

    1 slice fried fish FRIED? NOPE

    250 ml low fat milk milk is not the best for cutting

    Thanks mate,It's a lot of work but I will do my best to organize everything..

    if u think organizing the diet is alot of work wait til u have to follow it!

    there are several things wrong with ur proposal.. but first get all the stats....

    The problem with milk is the relatively high sugar content. Whey/protein powders would be considered a primary protein source; milk wouldn't be, at least not in my diet - cutting or bulking.

    If you opt to go with a protein powder, stick with protein blends over straight whey. Myofusion is a decent product. ON's Pro Complex is much better but also alot more expensive.
