    Caffiene

    How much caffiene dehydrates you? I usually take about 150 mg before workout. I heard someone say that you should drink about 32 oz of water for each cup of 100 mg that is consumed.

    From what iv read mate its a myth. Caffeine won't dehydrate you. But depends on your water intake and everything else

    It's pretty simple. Thirst is your body's response telling you to drink water. If you're thirsty...drink water. Follow this and it's unlikely you'll be dehydrated to the point of it hurting you.

    Caffiene has a diueretic effect but if you are drinking water you should be fine.
