~*Coffee Drinkers Please Help*~
If you're reading this you probably enjoy your hot cup of joe in the morning just as much as I do. So my question is, since I like my coffee sweet, what can I add to it without adding extra calories/fat/sugar???
Since starting my diet I have steered clear of coffee completely but miss it and have been craving it lately.... I usually use truvia but I can't drink it w/o creamer and I know it's soooooo bad!!! Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!! No responses=No more coffee lol

fat free half and half - small amount of sugar in it but for as much as i use i coffee its fairly insignificant...

truvia is by far the best artificial sweetner when it comes to coffee, but there are about a dozen sugar free flavored syrups that seem to work well and keep it mixed up enough to not get boring and you can pretend there is cream in there. There are also several fat free or lite options for the creamers. Instead of sugar, if you need some actual sweetner, guava syrups are sweeter with fewer calories and sugars.

Truvia and Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffeemate!!!<<------ (comes in powder like 25 cals per tbsp..i carry a tbsp with me and the creamer) im just like u gotta have both..

Awesome!!! Thanks guys, I can't wait to have my first cup of guilt free coffee!!!
I think that I will do truvia and try the sugar free or fat free coffee mate....french vanilla is my favorite too Yay!!!!

I'm glad you brought this up. This is the one thing that I have not been strict with. I only have 1 cup a day but I load it with regular half and half no sugar. I am going to look into that fat free coffee mate and keep some in my refrigerator at work.
