    Hey slim

Um I crack all my eggs to get the egg whites but it gets messy and is a bit of a waste. So I think I'm going to start getting the egg white cartons. Much easier and I don't think there that exspensive but I wonder how long they stay fresh for after u open the carton?

I do egg white carton called All-Whites. Equivalent to 20eggs whites in a carton and it's like $4.29. Much easier and u can drink em right from the carton or pour some into ur protein shake too

Liquid egg whites. The only downside I have seen with this is losing the fats of the yolk. Also, the yolks taste soooo good.

I crack, he drinks liquid egg whiltes, he even got the teens to try it...after many jokes about the look and texture of it (lol, wicked inaproprite lill teens) they drank and declaired to never again )
...I like mine hard boiled and tried these Attachment 119506...DO NOT BUY. They are horrid. the egg wont come out as advertized no matter what you do, and they are a PIAN to clean. I gave up after a few trys and trashed them, but the yolk strainer included is the BOMB and I still use it.

I buy frozen egg whites, works out much cheaper and easy, once defrosted they can last for around 8 days till they expire. I can buy 10kgms of egg and just seperate them and freeze!

I use whole eggs when I am eating eggs for eggs sake. Gotta get those omega threes. If I eat whole eggs, let's say fried eggs for breakfast, I don't include a starchy carb and pile on th fats instead . I cook them in butter and coconut oil. However non starchy veggies are always fine.

But, if I include starch in a meal like the oatmeal in your pancakes for instance, I pull back the fat and only use egg whites. Yolks hold the most nutrition so when using whites the idea is just for a good protein source. Carton whites are just cheaper, easier and faster. To me it is a waste of beautiful, golden yolks to discard them when using only whites so this is why I use the carton type for higher starch meals.

I do believe it is important to get yolks in the diet quite frequently though . The ticket is just leaving off the starch when you do that if you're still trying to shed weight.

I crack mine too. I usually just cook them. I am not sure if I could drink raw egg whites, even mixed in a protein shake. I know if you buy the box they are pasteurized and all but just knowing they are there would probably freak me out. lol

c'mon mate! aint ya seen Rocky do it? he just gulps them fuggers down, yolk and all.

i've done it a few times when i was younger, yes, i was impressionable when i was a kid. had to be careful they didn't come back up. for me, best to just open up and suck down as fast as possible, without thinking about it

i do both. when i make an omlet, i like to add in the yolk. for shakes and pancakes, i use the egg whites out of the carton but for omlets and other things, whole egg.

interesting. Because my during my first challenge I rarely had an egg with my pancake. And lately I have. So 'tis time to drop the egg ....thanks PPC~

Carton egg whites for me. Or, if I need whites with two whole eggs I will crack the two eggs and throw them in my whites. I mostly want it to be convenient.

Ive stuck with the egg crackin option; more options, they last longer and are cheaper, im going through 35 a week and that only costs £1.50 / $2.31

if i can be bothered to weight the amount of oats that go into my pwo shake then seperating a few eggs in the morning is np!

I mix the cracked egg whites with the ones in the carton. I don't know why but it seems to taste better that way for me.
