on the label on my this new whey protien im trying it says 6 scoops a day for best results, thats 120 grams in two 60 gram servings
on my old whey it said do not go over 5 servings per day each serving being 20 grams so that would be up to 100 grams in a day
my diet really isnt amazing, im usualy only able to get between 80 and 100 grams of protien from food so ive been turning to whey for the last two years to give me that little boost
but recently ive been hearing that the human body can only absorb so much ?
how do i know im consuming too much in one serving ??
how do i know if im not consuming enough ?
ive been eating 150-180 grams a day of protein
but form members have recently told me its not enough ive heard i need 1.2 grams to 2 grams of protein
per pound and im 174 right now .... thats alot of protein !
how much whey protein can a normal person absorb in a day ?
how much casine protein can i use ?
