Another Reason I Love My Girlfriend, Nutrition

So I live with my girlfriend who is a Registered Dietitian. She works at the primary hospital in town and operates anywhere from the Intensive Care Unit to the newborn ward, from the post-operation ward to the recently administered patients, and is passionate about using her knowledge for the purpose of helping her patients heal and live a healthier life. Aside from that, she is probably the best cook I have ever had in my life...and I have had some good cooks in my life.

    Currently I am on a bulking cycle; Anadrol, multiple Test esters, and Deca, so I'm eating as much as I possibly can in the way of high-quality protein, carbs, fats and calories. So let me give you a glance at the kind of meals I'm awarded for being with this woman. Tonight we had;

    Salad:
    Spinach Leaves
    Mandarin Oranges
    Pear Slices
    Cranberries
    Pomegranate
    Almonds
    Pumpkin Kernels
    Pistachios
    Walnuts
    Pecans
All-Natural Strawberry Poppy Seed Vinegarette Salad Dressing

    Baked Spaghetti:
    Whole Wheat Pasta Spaghetti
    Green and Red Bell Peppers
    Lean Ground Beef
    Garlic
    Onions
    Low-Fat Ricotta Cheese
    Mushrooms
Topped with Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Asiago, Colby, and Parmesan Cheeses

    Whole Wheat Garlic Bread

I ate two and a half servings of the baked spaghetti, and she made so much that we'll have leftovers for days to come. Last night, she made Shepard's Pie from scratch (everything is from scratch in fact) which was full of lean ground beef, fresh vegetables and mashed potatoes made from scratch. Our breakfasts are no different, omelets full of fresh vegies and whole wheat pancakes and etc. I eat like this about four times a day, putting together an additional two meals which will consist of something like oatmeal with non-fat yogurt combined with blueberries and granola with a glass of muscle milk in milk. I'll admit that I don't put forth the effort to count macros or micros, but it seems like it'd be very difficult to do when so many meals are complex dishes, and I feel that I can't go wrong eating like this anyway, but comments are welcomed, as always.

Note that I'm not on a cutting cycle.

Thanks 405, you got that right! Last night she made a huge batch of granola from scratch, as well as a batch of organic medjool date bars. Delicious! I am a huge fan of granola, and I include it in 1-2 meals everyday. It's a great source of protein, fiber, carbohydrates, iron, electrolytes, calories from both types of unsaturated fats and whole grains, granted that the right ingredients are used. I just make sure not to eat too much on non-workout days, as some of the carbs are simple (honey) and will be stored as fat. You can also make granola from a variety of flavors by using different fruits, vanilla, etc.
