No just low carb. I reckon I had about 200 a bit over board. I had two eggs in the morning. But I've never looked so bloated before. Will it go away after a few days or have I undone all my hard work ?

it will go away in a couple of days, it's not uncommon. when i carb load i look bloated 15 minutes after a meal haha. when you do carb load though, make sure you totally stay from fats

yeah i used to feel quite crap after a carb load aswell until a friend of mine suggested doing a very clean low GI carb up. eg oats, brown rice, brown bread etc. i used to carb up on a tone of sugar like yoghurt and pancakes with maple syrup etc.

Its just water retention from the carbs. It will go away.

That will def go away. You need to load up to keep workouts intense when you are real low on carbs. Keep ur water intake high and go low carb for a week and u will dry out.

How many grams of carbs were you eating on your low carb days? I agree that it's just water but if they made you that bloated maybe you weren't as depleted as you thought?

I don't do a carb load phase but I eat carbs on a daily basis since I'm trying to bulk, and I'm always bloated, except for when I wake up. I figure it'll get better when I start cutting again.
