Hey guys, i'm brand new here, and was just wondering if i can get a bit of criticism on my current diet

    Mate,
I gotta laugh! Where are the freaking veggies??? No veggies?
    Ok, that is one point.
Next is the milk. milk contains lactose, difficult to digest for some, but still a simple sugar. it is better to avoid sugars/simple carbs and instead eat complex carbs, unless pre/post workout.
Pasta is a no-no. Flat out. Unless a whole grain, specialty item, which i doubt it is. instead, it is made with "enriched flour" which basically means it's been processed to remove all the nutrients, and then they toss in a "vitamin pill" like that's going to make it all better? additional, enriched flour contains no fiber, and is almost immediately converted to sugar after you eat it.
I'd recommend drinking "water only" from now on. Adults do NOT need milk! the slogan "milk makes a body strong" or "every body needs milk" is just the dogma BS put out by the dairy council. the little bit of calcium milk provides is easily found elsewhere.

    Good effort mate!
    But it needs cleaning up
    Good luck!

Welcome. And sure hope you stay away from steroids for more than a year or two since building a natural foundation by counting macros and working out correctly will give you a better foundation anyway. This is the secret many guys in the gym forget to tell you.

Hang here in this forum? You will be amazed at how you will transform.

    Slow wins the race.

    Good luck to you.
