Rest Day
Around 1500 calories. Went out of state to a casino only chicken salads around. Made few mistakes here and there. 1/2 cup Ben and Jerry's icecream. Pants are really tight in crotch area lol. Not waist. Could my but have gotten bigger from leg workouts?
Marman not to sound like a dick but everytime i chek ur thread u have something in it aBout u cheating on ur diet.. Wats up with that?? If ur gonna cheat(and i do now but went 5weeks without a single bite of anything on my diet and 3 months with only 2 cheats) pick 1 day of the week (or every 2 weeks) and have one meal and be dun and stick to ur diet man!!!
No I gotcha. Not using it as an excuse but I just recently came off of Prozac and the cravings are insane. Back on it though so things are gonna stabilize.
Getting off of it caused a huge increase in appetite.
Usually if im having a craving or xtra hungry after all my meals ill have 1whole egg and 5egg whites with some lean meat source..
Never ben and jerrys ice cream ;)
Gotcha reason I even have this thread is for criticism and keep me on track. Thanks for all your input man. I know shit has been bad and writing it every night makes me even more guilty.
I can tell u from experience that cutting hasnt aLways been easy.. But its def worth it especially now :) the lower my bf gets the happier i am i stuck to it 100% in the beginning and now cheating is unusual and my diet is the norm...
Havnt posted in a while wanted to get things on track and get alot more serious. Starting last Tuesday til now I have been doing so. 6 meals a day always on time and same macros. Meals 2,3,4 the same like I stated in OP.
Workout is the same
Weight loss since Tuesday unknown weigh in on Wednesday of next week.
