My first guess would be that you're actually taking in too much fiber. The amount of oats you're eating is insane! My second guess however would be that you are developing a lactose intolerance. One pint of milk at a time four times a day is, also insane! Even for someone who has previously had no issues with lactose, if they are consuming too much lactose they can irritate their prior tolerance to the point of causing damage.

The amount of nutrients you're taking in is very impressive from the most vague stance possible, but I think it would be very beneficial to reduce the size of some of your servings and replace them with a variety of other foods. This can easily be done without sacrificing the amount of nutrients you want to take in, assuming you are tracking your calories/carbs/protein/etc. through all of this. I'd also like to suggest that you're relying too heavily on whey protein. Your body is much better equipped to digest protein sources from real foods instead of a chemically altered form of it, i.e. protein shakes. Four shakes a day is just not healthy in my opinion. I respect that you have tried taking the milk out of the equation, and perhaps my rant about lactose intolerance is completely inaccurate, but they whey protein shakes could be doing the same thing that drinking too much milk can do. In large I think you need to transform your diet into something that has far more variety; different (and more servings of) vegetables, legumes, nuts, and alternate sources of nutrients aside from an overkill of oats, milk and whey. Hope this gives you some ideas.

Honestly, sometimes you need to change your diet. Or even a break from so much. Are you constantly full all day, or even most of the time?

To be honest as i drink my oats with milk it doesnt fill me up. Ilook forward to eating solid meals sometimes!! Although it is giving me few toilet issues got to say that strengh and size is good. I like to keep fairly lean , ok might have abit of a bulge on me belly ( not much) but shoulders arms and legs all have veins clearly showing. So dont know weather to keep on the diet or totally change. Gona see couple friends tomorrow who are strict as anything on diet ( bodybuilders) .
