Hey guys im 24 yrs old. training 3 years. my bodyfat is 8.5 % i weigh 83 kg length is 1.85 meters. i train at nite at 20:00. wake up at 07:00 i use protein shake after gym and ethel creatine and a pre workout energy drink. i wana be very well ripped with vains popping out. i train 5 days a week, wana get a dieet but dont know where on the site to find the rite one, can someone please help me with a diet to help me get these results and a training program as mine is due to be changed please help, send me a link directly to the rite diet for me and training program please, thanks alot, as you can see my bf is ok but im still not rite, must be cause my diet not rite. i dont have a diet at all,LOL
