That's one thing I haven't done is my bf% in all honesty
My diet atm is five meals a day.
Meal 1 breakfast is a small bowl of oats with water and 3 egg whites
Meal 2 tin of tuna, a small ladle of rice and veg
Meal 3 sweet potato and veg
Meal 4/5 chicken breast with a small ladle of rice and veg again
My protein shakes have 50g of protein and next to nothing in fats and carbs
Sorry if it looks a bit simple mate but this is the first time I have bulked and dieted lol
200-210 is minimum for you unless you are a couch potato... if you look at the sticky "Wanna Learn How to Diet" or something like that there is a Russian dude in a video and he says 200g for non athlete 300g for athlete and 400g for bodybuilder (for 200lbs person) and it says alot of good stuff so i think he is a credible source,
I am 200lbs at 16-17% BF (i think) and i have 250g on a 600cal deficit cutting diet and i feel pretty good about that... also i try to have 5 different meats each day to mix it up. I split my protein into 7-8 meals with about 30g.

by this do u mean bulked and cut? or bulked and followed a "good" diet?Originally Posted by fabio90;587***5
are u currently looking to reduce bodyfat or gain muscle??? either way IMO u need more protein...get ur bf% and post it and well help u do watever ur tryin to do![]()
1.5g/lb of LBM is always my starting point. You definitely need to get your bodyfat measured so we're not basing numbers on assumptions, but for now, assuming 17% bodyfat @ 200lbs, I'd start you at 250g and adjust from that point if need be.
