lets say my meal is 3cups of brown rice and 8oz chicken which it is but thats bland and boring so to spicen it up i found in the fridge believe it or not, chilli-garlic paste. On the back the stats are as followed. 0 gram carbs. Og sugar. 0 gram protein. etc. Everything is 0gram excpet the sodium is around 115gram per serving i roughly only add a tablespoon or so. makes it so much better. Couldnt possibly be bad right?
