i think 2300 cals is a good starting point, see what happens after a couple weeks and you can adjust 100 cals here or there.

you need to chill on the protein though, if you have an excess of protein, which i believe you do, it will get transformed to carbs and inhibit ketosis. try 200g of protein and convert the that other 113g of protein to fat
-(others on this forum will suggest even lower)

29g carbs is also a little high, probably shouldn't be much of an issue but id suggest 20 max

also none of this diet drink stuff... drink water or coffee or tea

is this a cyclic diet? it should be as a lifter, and thus you will not last 5-6 workouts a week, after the first 3 days/ workouts you will be out of carbs and the 4-6th workouts will be an epic fail and you will lose mass on those muscles

and i have to ask how is horse? i have never tried it

keto--u shod be doing protein, fat, trace carbs only. why are u eating fat free cheese? that can be a big source for fat. also, that turkey meal, shod b a fatty meal, meaning replace the turkey meat with something fattier, salmon something like that. do away with the diet drinks, replace with green tea, also stay away from coffee imo. which set up is this ckd or palumbo? also no splenda.

the major difference ive noticed between the two setups is that ckd uses lean bodyweight, and palumbo is calc on total bodywieght, which IMO is a big difference between starving and fullness.

prim example_--on ckd my weight calls for 36g a meal of pro, 55-65g fat.
palumbos calls for 68g pro, 23g fat

    notice the difference?
