    Mass Diet

    Hello peeps

    Im new to this site. Need advise on diet to gain as much mass as i can. Im a very hard gainer and just managed to gain 20lbs in the last year from 140lbs to 160lbs my aim is to gain another 20-25lbs lean mass

    6ft
    160lbs
    BF ?????
    25 years old

    Current DIet

    9am- 2 eggs 2 toast
    10.30- banana protein shake
    1pm- 3 leg piece chicken with chips
    5pm rice, protein
    7pm workout
    9pm- rice

    Could some one please advise on a better diet as i know mines not lol..

    advice on diet:start over LOL ... j/k man ur not eating nearly enuff it doesnt look like ..

    first thing u need to do is get ur bf% chekd then we can calculate ur bmr and tdee.. in the mean time take a pic of urself and post it .. we can prob guesstimate til u get it dun..

    To right 405 thats why im here to ask pros like you. I want to gain as much as i can and build a foundation before considering steroids. Iv been training for 2 years but just to keep fit for boxing as thats what i do. But i want to move up a few weight division and its too hard. I think my BF is around 8-10% im 6ft cut up if that helps.

    there r pros round here but im not one of em

    google katch/mcardle formula for calculating tdee...u need to learn how to do this urself..once u chek it out post up what u get and also post up a diet u think will get u where u need to be.. id suggest 400cals over ur tdee split 40p/40c/20f... now get to work

    That may be the least detailed diet I've seen!

    As suggested, work out your numbers and post a comprehensive diet we can work with.

    PS - kudos to the smart decision of sorting this out before considering gear!
