So here is a little about me. I have been pretty small most of my life. Weighing in around 85 lbs in 6th grade 125 probably when I graduated high school. I am 29 and 6ft tall. When I joined the guard and went to basic training I made my biggest jump and gained about 30lbs in 6 months. I went from 129 to around 165. That was three years ago. Today I am 29 years old and have a job where I pretty much sit around all day. I recently joined Snap Fitness and for the past three weeks have been going pretty much every day. While I have been on a good diet I think for the past three weeks, I have yet to see any weight gain, but can tell maybe some loss of belly fat as some old pants there were tight now are a little loose. Here's my diet that I have followed to a T the past three weeks.
Meal 1 around 7 to 8 am
2 large whole eggs boiled
6 egg whites
3 slices of ezekiel bread
water
Meal 2
8 oz chicken breast
2 cups of salad(mainly 1 cup lettuce 1 cup tomatoes cucumbers and bell pepper mixed)
water
Meal 3
8 oz ground turkey
2 cups salad
water
Meal 4
8 oz chicken breast
1 cup of lettuce
8oz sweet potato
1 banana
water
Meal 5 post workout
40g of Gold standard whey protein
1 bagel
water
Meal 6 before bed
8 oz 93/7 ground beef
2 tbsp natty pb
1 cup of brocolli which is horrible to eat
water
Usually I eat meal 1 around 730 meal 2 must be ate around 1130 meal 3 is around 3 meal 4 is at 6. I usually then go to gym at 830 at night take pwo around 930 and then eat meal 6 around 1030 or 11. Judging from what I posted what are yalls thoughts. Any help from the gurus would be appreciated. Ill try and post pictures later for an idea of my body fat but I'd guess around mid 20's
