yes yes guys im in need of some of your expert advice
so i have been on a keto diet protein only for the last 4months
6ft3 around 105-107kg
i have lost a huge amount of fat and a huge belly has transofrmed into faint abs showing
i am still lifting the same weights as before but dont seem to be growing and my muscles feel and look soft
also noticed that im not losing anymore fat so im sure muscle is being wasted
unsure of bf levels but the only fat now is lower abs still a roll left
can you give me some advice on what to do experts
should i slowly intorduce carbs back into my diet or just start panning the carbs for 3 days 1200 carbs daily?
im doing lots of cardio and hititng the weights so i dont want to put on any fat that i have worked so hard to lose
