Not true. There are some keto diets whose protocol is 30/70 (protein/fat) as you said. I'm not a fan of keto diets in general to begin with, but I definitely don't subscribe to the extremely high fat varieties. Plenty of other keto diets exist that are nearly the opposite... 70/30. The bottom line is as long as you're providing your body with sufficient energy (fat and/or carbs, fat only in the case of keto), it will have no reason to convert protein (dietary or broken down muscle tissue) for use as energy (gluconeogenesis).

    Exactly!

And OP, stop worrying about "getting knocked out of ketosis". You don't have to be in ketosis 24/7 to loose fat.

Ive always dome best both results wise and the way i feel with the following:
On cycle: 70-75% fat , 25-30% protein / unsaturated fats primarily
Off cycle: 75-80% fat , 20-25% protein / saturated fats higher on purpose
