Night Cap
Chocolate or Vanilla Dymatize Elite Casein XT 2 scoops= 330cal/4g carb/ 48gm protein
1 tblsppon almond butter 300ca/7gm protein
1/2 cottage cheese 45/cal6.5gm protein
Milk or water your choice, still tastes great
Blended!!! Tastes great, puts your right in bed feeling full and the sweet tooth is satisfied while slow digested protein builds you up!

Similar to my shake:
1/2 scoop ON Pro Complex
1/2 scoop ON Casein
1/2 cup cottage cheese (1% milkfat, no salt added)
2tsp instant coffee (decaf at night)
1tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (or cacao if you can get it)
1 cup of water
6-8 packets of splenda (depends on how sweet you like it)
1 cup crushed ice
'splash' of fat free half & half
1/2 cup oats (depends on whether or not it's a carb meal)
Blend and enjoy!
