Please help....serious answers please
I'm 18, and weigh 178.
I just finished a 5 week cycle of Test Cyp and Deca Dura. Don't ask why but I did it, Thank God everything went ok with no side effects. I know I'm young for that and that's why I want to stay natural.
Any advice, workout routines, diet/meal plans that anyone can give me to help me stay fit, big, strong, etc. Thanks!! All help is greatly appreciated!

hey nre welcome man.. advice depends on wat u wanna do.. whats ur bf%?
u dont need to do any more cycles until ur older man.. u can screw ur endocrine system up.. just cuz u didnt experience any sides while on cycle doesnt necessarily mean everything is ok either.. hope so
post ur goals and current diet..

my goal: to get to a lean 185 and up all my lifts about 10lbs.
my diet: morning I'll eat a carb heavy breakfast to boost my energy. I'll snack on a small bar then I'll eat a cold cut lunch with no bread. small amount of pretzels or something like that with cottage cheese. another snack later is like a protein shake. then dinner I either eat chicken or meat with veggies. sometimes sushi.

1. Read the stickies at the top of the main page.. On: "so u wanna learn how to diet", bulking, tdee...
2. Get ur bf% .. u need it to determine how many cals u need to eat per day..
3. Ur diet needs alot of work.. Cold cuts, pretzels, some bar are all not good.. U need to learn wat to eat and wat to stay away from... U need to learn to eat clean...
Protein: chikn breast, lean ground beef, fish, egg whites, canned tuna, lowfat cottage cheese
Carbs: oatmeal, yams, brn rice
These r the things ur diet needs to consist of.. Simple one ingredient foods ...
Read the stickies so u have an understanding of wat the deal is.. Let me know when uve dun All that and we can keep going..

Mate, at your age, your weight goals are relatively easy as long as you have your diet sorted.
Did you do/are you doing PCT?
You should be able to add 10lbs to almost all your lifts within 2 weeks so I'd pick a new lifting goal!
