    Eating b4 Bed Time

    I get home from work at 2am. Been keepin to a light meal, Just wondering if as long as i keep the carbs and fat to a min can i boost up my meal to a full course without adding body fat? Any suggestions besides caesin protein?

    You're not necessarily going to add bodyfat because 1 meal before bed has some calories. It's about your overall diet and not allowing enough calories to cause 'spill over' into fat cells.

    As for choices, you can go with pretty much anything, but I'd advise against straight whey or eggs due to the fast digestion rates. However if you're having a substantial meal prior to this one, you don't need to worry.

    Yep. Eat bro.

    Just keep it lean, high protein, preferably slow digesting. (steak, lean beef, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, casien)

    I mix egg whites with some chocolate casein powder. Microwave and its like a brownie!
