Okay, thanks everyone for being willing to help me out with my diet and exercise routines.
Current Stats:
Weight: 165 LBS
Height: 5'10"
BF: 13% Give or Take
I exercise around 4-6 times a week. After every workout I take a scoop of whey protein.
My goal is to look more lean and ripped rather than being all bulked up. How many calories should I eat to get this way as fast and safe as possible. Would rather be safe though! Don't get me wrong.
Also what would you suggest I change about my current diet.
This diet is to lose weight and hopefully gain muscle... What should I change?
Current Diet:
Calorie Intake: 1200-1500/Day
Exercise: 4-6 Times/Week for 30min-2 hours
Day 1: Chest and Back + Abs
Day 2: P90X Plyometrics
Day 3: Arms and Shoulders + Abs
Day 4: P90X Yoga
Day 5: Legs + Back + Abs
Day 6: P90X Kenpo X
Day 7: Rest or Stretch
