    How To Improve Myself And My Diet?

    Okay, thanks everyone for being willing to help me out with my diet and exercise routines.

    Current Stats:
    Weight: 165 LBS
    Height: 5'10"
    BF: 13% Give or Take

    I exercise around 4-6 times a week. After every workout I take a scoop of whey protein.

    My goal is to look more lean and ripped rather than being all bulked up. How many calories should I eat to get this way as fast and safe as possible. Would rather be safe though! Don't get me wrong.

    Also what would you suggest I change about my current diet.

    This diet is to lose weight and hopefully gain muscle... What should I change?

    Current Diet:
    Calorie Intake: 1200-1500/Day
    Exercise: 4-6 Times/Week for 30min-2 hours

    Day 1: Chest and Back + Abs
    Day 2: P90X Plyometrics
    Day 3: Arms and Shoulders + Abs
    Day 4: P90X Yoga
    Day 5: Legs + Back + Abs
    Day 6: P90X Kenpo X
    Day 7: Rest or Stretch

    I use P90X, but I don't have to... Thanks!

    List your individual meal and macro's for each meal. I suspect you are undereating by a few hundred cals per day.

    How was your bf measured, are you sure it is correct?

    How old are you?

    How did you come about writing that workout?

    there is your problem right there mate 1500 cals is nothing

    your looking at 3000 roughly for a lean bulk

    put together a diet consisting of 3000 cals with cals coming from a 40/40/20 protein carb fat and come back and we will critique

    p.s. GBrice has a lean bulk log thread at the minute, you could do alot worse than using his diet to base yours off

    So you're saying eat around 3000 calories? How do I undergo that without gaining fat weight? I am currentley not on a cycle...

    You need more cals but make sure they are clean foods. Post up a sample of what you eat everyday with macros and times of meals
