so iv got two vials of test e 300mg/ml
one vial of deca 300mg/ml
and was given 3 ml of prop 300mg/ml age 22 , low bf , start weight 71 kg i was going to do a testdecacycle , but after much research decided to listen to the pros and do a test only first cycle
a bit of history, been training for 3 years , have a very fast metabolism , went from 61 kg at age 18 to 77 kg last june where a shoulder injury from work put me out of traning until about 3 months ago during my time of training dropped to 69 kg , had already bought the gear ages ago , and didnt plan on useing it until i got back to 77 but i gave into temptation and 6 weeks ago i started my first cycle heres how it went , oh and got adex and letro on standby for gyno , and clom/ nolva for pct
diet , is very high in carbs , my protein is bulk gainer , carbs 70 % protein 20% taken between every meal and before bed
an average day of my diet
5am half eggwhites half milk 400ml
6am cereal , some fruit ,2 peice of toast
8 am 1500 kj of bulk shake
9;30 am large serve of beef and rice ,pasta beef, rice chicken or fish rice , you get the idea, protien with lots of carbs
10;30 1500kj serve of bulk shake
12;30 lunch , simaler to smoko
2:30 bulk shake
4;00 finish work , sandwich , and fruit , gym at 5;00
bulk shake after gym
7;00 ish dinner pasta , steak or chicken schnitzel , mash potato , salad ,
8 ish ice cream or other dessert 8;30 bulk shake
bed
210mg test e , every 4 days (0.7 ml) week 1- 12
300 mg prop spread out over eod week 1
200mg prop '' '' week2
100mg prop '' '' week 3
i have some pics taken every few weeks il post when iv got sum spare time
wk1 had no problems with pinning , towards end of week 1 felt libido picking up no noticable change in weight
wk 2 big rise in sex drive 73 kg by mid week to , starting to get bigger pumps at gym , strengh going up alot
wk 3 74 kg boners randomly, girlfriend having trouble keeping up in bed massive pumps
wk 4 76 kg strengh through the roof ,pumps huge , noticing a big difference , people at gym looking at me funny
wk 5 79 kg veins starting to pop up in my traps through my chest and other places i didnt know i had veins , appetite increasing massively
wk 6 at end of week six now and 82 kg every one asking wat im on including parents
will keep you guys posted , just goes to show that theres no need for deca or anything but test in a first cycle
