so in 3 months i dropped from 222 to 194 and dropped a ton of fat, and some muscle.
for a while i was using lighter weight and focusing on form rather than load as directed by my trainer.
a couple weeks ago i increased my protein intake and started lifting heaving again and a week has gone by and no weight loss

judging by losing 28lbs in about half as many weeks at 2000-2200kcals i put my self at slightly over 3000kcals for TDEE
current diet
250 protein
150 carbs
50 fat
i went off keto a few weeks ago and have been on this diet since (actually was closer to 200g carbs but been lowering it) and have succesfully been losing 1.5lbs a week
now a week has passed and no change in weight, and its too soon to say im losing fat but i think so
have i suddenly resurrected by muscle by lifting heavy and actually gaining while on 800+kcal deficit without steroids?
