Peanut butter taste so damn good and is very hard to dose accurately (that shit is 100 cal per 15g serving), i suspected i always ate too much and felt very bad about putting the jar back in the fridge everytime because i wanted MOARRR. so i just replaced my 30g peanut butter serving by an avocado and damn, thats a good trade! i feel fuller and i get less carbs and am no longer tempted to take another spoonful
