    Revamp,Pre sleep food

Okay, so I'm trying to revamp my diet. I had been following my Doctor's prescribed Pre-Diabetic diet, essential living off of boneless skinless chicken and Baked un breaded fish, but since cutting energy drinks completely out of my diet I am back to "normal" and my doc isn't worried anymore. I just started following Mike_XXL's plean muscle diet but toned down the calorie intake just a bit. But it's the cottage cheese before bedtime that is killing me as I'm not a fan and I always seem hungry before bedtime. Any suggestions to either pair with a lower amt. of cottage cheese or replace altogether? I hear cottage cheese is good before bedtime so I was hesitant to change without asking y'all for advice.

Do what i do and blend your cotrage cheese in with some protein powder. You wont taste it that way. I also add some peanut butter before bed.

Casein shake. Or just have a 'normal' protein source, chicken etc.

Any potein source you'd use throughout the day (besides straight whey) is fine. There's nothing special about the bedtime meal. People often choose cottage cheese because most find it difficult to choke down steak or chicken before hitting the pillow. My bedtime meal varies:

    Carb day:
    1/2 scoop ON casein
    1/2 scoop ON pro complex
    1tsp decaf instant coffee
    1tbsp unsweetened cocoa
7 packets of Splenda (yea, I like it sweet!)
1/2 cup 1% milkfat no salt added cottage cheese
    1/2 cup oats
    1 cup water
    1 cup crushed ice
All blended into a shake. Plus:

    1/2 cup oats
    1/2 banana
    1/2 cup blueberries
    Splenda + cinnamon

    Non carb days:

1/2 cup 1% milkfat no salt added cottage cheese
    1 scoop myofusion vanilla
'splash' of fat free half & half
    2tsp natty PB
    1 packet Splenda

    Mix and enjoy!
