    Gut fat!

Help guys, im currently on my first test enth cycle. im on a clean diet, oats, rice, meat. i have difficulty to lose the lower gut fat. i can already see some of the upper abdominal muscle but the lower ones seems to be bloated. what can i do? i want to bulk up but it scares me because it might bloat up more. im 5'6 140pounds 400test enth per week cycle.

You are 21? Why are you cycling at all?

    What is your bodyfat?

What is your diet? List it per meal, with macro's.

At your age and weight, you don't need to be on AAS at all IMO, but I understand you didn't come here for that advice, so i'll leave it alone.

As for bodyfat, you cannot spot reduce. You'll need to reduce your overall bodyfat to get to those stubborn areas. Some of us hold it there (I'm one of them) and it's often the last to go. You need to read up on cardio routines... I think HIIT will work wonders for you.

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training. Not trying to be a smart ass, but the search function on here works wonders!

Bottom line - if you want to 'lose your gut', then you need to further reduce your bodyfat. Some of our most stubborn fat is held in our midsection. At my leanest (around the time my avy pic was taken), I still had lower belly fat. I would have to have gotten absolutely shredded to dip into that fat store. Next time! =P

Don't bulk, that would be just plain stupid, no offense.
